Now in our 19th year, we are thrilled to be growing Bruegala with an increasing presence of craft brewers and breweries! Even though we are a charitable festival, we do purchase all of the beer. Donations or discounts are appreciated, but not expected!

Event Dates & Times:
- Friday, August 17: 6:00pm – 11:00pm
- Saturday, August 18th: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Hospitality Suite at the Corn Crib
- Suite 211 has been generously provided for Brewers and Vendors at Bruegala
- Located on the 3rd baseline side of the concourse – its the final suite. Look for signage on the door.
- Help yourself to drinks and refreshments and take a few minutes to cool off!
Set Up:
- Beer is set up along the concourse above the field, giving patrons an easy route to everything without feeling overly crowded.
- We have several large tents set up, but if you have a pop-up tent to bring, please let us know and we’ll place you on the concourse accordingly!
- We will provide tables and all the ice you could need
- Please plan to arrive by 5:00pm* on Friday and come to the north side of the stadium for easiest access to the concourse (labeled VIP Gate on pic)
*If the beer you’re bringing is NOT cold, please plan to arrive by 4:00pm on Friday
Beer Samples:
- We are a ticketed event, 21 and over only.
- Guests purchase both admission and sample tickets. Beer is “sold” with the sample tickets!
- We are a charitable event benefiting 4 local charities in 2018!
- Each year our goal is to grow the size checks we present to our charities and we have a lofty goal for 2018 – please know that beer sample tickets ensure we get paid, cover our costs and can write BIG checks – PLEASE take those tickets!

- We have partnered with Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites for an incredible, exclusive rates for our craft breweries $79/night
